A list of things that make life easier, softer, and a little more fun - especially for ADHD women.
These are real things I love and recommend - tools that support focus, time, and executive function, plus a few treats that simply feel (or taste 😎) good. Share this with a friend, a partner shopping for you, or keep it as your “I deserve nice things” list.

Focus, Motivation & “Actually Getting Things Done”
For the days when “just start” feels impossible, these are the gentle structure and accountability your ADHD brain has been looking for.

Pipersong Chair – For Fidgety, Wiggly, “I Can’t Sit Still” Bodies
This chair is for people who sit cross-legged, sideways, one knee up, then switch positions five more times in an hour. It’s designed for movement and different postures while you work.
For many ADHD brains, being able to move helps focus. This chair basically says, “Cool, let’s work with your body instead of forcing you into a stiff office chair from corporate hell.”
I LOVE mine!

Ulla – The Water Bottle Buddy
ADHD reality: hydration is one of those very basic things that’s weirdly hard to remember. This takes it off your mental load and quietly supports your brain and body all day long.
Ulla attaches to your water bottle and gently blinks when it’s time to drink. That’s it. No giant complicated app, no data dashboard - just a sweet little “hey, take a sip.”
