This Might Be For You If...

  • You know you have ADHD, but still feel like you're struggling more than you should be.

  • You understand what to do, but can't always make yourself do it.

  • You constantly wonder why things that work for other people don't seem to work for you.

  • You feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-criticism.

  • You're tired of trying to force yourself into systems that don't fit your brain.

  • You want to understand yourself better - not just manage symptoms.

My Approach

Most ADHD advice starts with strategies.

I start with understanding.

Because if you don't understand why something is happening, it's almost impossible to create lasting change.

As a woman with ADHD myself, I know how frustrating it can be to understand what ADHD is but still struggle to understand how it's affecting your daily life.

My clients aren't just looking for better systems.

They're looking for answers.

Together, we'll explore how ADHD is showing up in your life, identify patterns you may have never noticed before, and begin experimenting with solutions that fit your brain.

ADHD Impacts More Than You Think

Many women come to coaching thinking they're struggling with time management, procrastination, or organization.

What they often discover is that ADHD is influencing far more than they realized—from work and relationships to emotions, self-care, confidence, and decision-making.

Understanding these patterns is often where meaningful change begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which coaching option is right for me?

You don't need to decide before applying. We'll discuss your goals, challenges, and support needs during your clarity call and determine the best fit together.

Do I need to be newly diagnosed with ADHD?

Not at all.

Many of my clients have known they have ADHD for years. Some don't have an official diagnosis either.

What they often discover is that understanding they have ADHD is very different from understanding how it shows up in their daily lives.

What if I've already tried therapy, coaching, books, or ADHD resources?

Many of my clients have.

The challenge is often not a lack of information.

It's understanding how that information applies to YOU.

What happens during coaching sessions?

We'll explore what's happening in your life, identify patterns, increase understanding, and experiment with strategies that fit your brain and your circumstances.

Do you take insurance?

No. Unfortunately most insurance companies don't cover coaching. However, we are happy to create an invoice for you to submit to your insurance if you would like.

What if I don't know whether coaching is right for me?

That's exactly what the clarity call is for.

There's no pressure and no obligation.

We'll talk about what's going on, what you're looking for, and whether coaching feels like the right fit.

Will you tell me exactly what to do?

No.

My goal isn't to create dependence.

It's to help you better understand yourself so you can make decisions with greater confidence and self-trust.

You Don't Need to Try Harder

You need to better understand what's actually happening.

If you're ready to stop asking 'What's wrong with me?' and start learning how to work with your brain, I'd love to support you.

"The tips don't stick until you understand YOUR brain."

Self-awareness is not a soft skill. It is the foundation that makes every strategy, system, and tool work.
