A Simple Way to Get Support Again
Sometimes you do not need on-going coaching.
You just need a place to regroup, sort through what is happening, and figure out what makes sense now.
You might come back because:
A system that used to work is no longer working
Life has changed and your old routines do not fit anymore
You are overwhelmed and cannot figure out where to start
You are stuck in indecision or overthinking
You want support from someone who already knows you and your history.
Alumni Coaching is designed for those moments.
What Alumni Coaching Includes
Each Alumni Coaching Session is a private 50-minute coaching session focused on whatever is happening in your life right now.
We will focus on what's going on, get curious about what may be underneath it, and figure out what would be most helpful next.
Choose the Support That Fits Best
You can book a single session, or you can purchase a package to use over time.
Important to Know
Alumni Coaching is not a subscription.
There are no recurring charges, no monthly commitment, and no automatic renewal.
If you purchase a package, you can use your sessions as needed within 12 months of the purchase date.
That's it.
If you are not sure which option is best, start with one session. You can always purchase a package later.
You Do Not Have to Figure Everything Out Alone
Finishing regular coaching did not mean you were supposed to have everything sorted out forever.
Life changes. Sometimes that means the systems that worked before stop fitting.
