ENROLLMENT CLOSES FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13 AT 11:59PM CT. 20 SEATS, AND WHEN THEY'RE GONE, THEY'RE GONE.
A small live group for women with ADHD who are done with last-minute gift scrambles, budget blowups, and hosting chaos. We start the week before Thanksgiving, and I stay in your corner through the whole season.
You have every intention of getting ahead of it. Gift list started in October. Budget planned. Maybe even a spreadsheet.
Then it's December 15th and you're on Amazon at midnight, paying extra for expedited shipping on a scarf for your mother-in-law, while your banking app gives you side-eye.
I need you to know something: this is not a discipline problem. It never was.
The holidays are basically an executive function stress test. Routines gone. Schedules wrecked. Money pressure. Family dynamics. And a to-do list that lives entirely in your head, written in ink that fades the moment you walk away from it.
The usual advice ("just make a list and stick to it!") was written for brains that don't work like ours. I was 49 when I was diagnosed, after decades of Decembers that looked exactly like yours. I'm not going to hand you a planner and wish you luck.
This year, let's do it differently. Not alone. Not on willpower. Not starting from a Pinterest fantasy.
Holiday SOS is a live coaching group with four sessions, running from the week before Thanksgiving through mid-December. That's the exact window where holiday plans go to die, so that's where we'll be. We skip Thanksgiving week on purpose: nobody needs a coaching call wedged into turkey week, and the chat and body-doubling sessions keep support running while we are apart.
It's part coaching, part support group, part gentle accountability, and it's small on purpose. When everyone in the room knows your name, you show up.
SESSION 1 · Tuesday, November 17 · 6:00-7:15pm CT
We build your real holiday plan: gifts, calendar, commitments, and what gets a hard no this year. You leave with the whole season out of your head and onto paper.
SESSION 2 · Tuesday, December 1 · 6:00-7:15pm CT
Budgeting for ADHD brains, with slack built in for the stuff you'll forget. We finish the gift list with the shipping order-by dates still on your side, because the delivery promise is the real deadline in December.
SESSION 3 · Tuesday, December 8 · 6:00-7:15pm CT
Hosting prep broken into tiny, boring, doable steps. Plus scripts for the hard moments: who's bringing what, what time works for us, and no, we're not doing three houses in one day.
SESSION 4 · Tuesday, December 15 · 6:00-7:15pm CT
The plan will wobble. That's not failure, that's December. This session is rescue training: how to catch up, what to drop without guilt, and how to land the season on purpose.
It's not for you if you want a magic fix with zero participation. This is a live group, and showing up is the whole product. That's also why it works.
You do not need a diagnosis to join. You do not need to be "organized" to join. You just need to want December to go differently this time.
Yes, and they're the heart of it. Replays are there if life happens.
Watch the replay, bring your questions to the group chat or the next call. Session 4 is built to catch everyone up.
Yes. Most of my people spent decades undiagnosed like I did. If "do I have ADHD?" is a live question for you, you're welcome here.
That's the exact worry this group is built for. Live sessions on a calendar, a chat that notices when you're missing, and a coach who will absolutely come find you. Structure is the product.
Because ADHD groups work best when everyone knows everyone. Also, I can't personally coach a crowd of 200 through their holiday hosting.
Replays plus the chat plus Session 4, which exists for precisely this. Falling behind is part of the plan.
VIP option, add $150: one private 45-minute session with me, to use whenever the season gets spicy. Hosting a dinner? Nine gifts left on December 19? That's what it's for.
Enrollment closes Friday, November 13 at 11:59pm CT. No extensions. When the door closes, it's closed, because the group starts doing the work together on November 17 and late joiners dilute the room.
If 20 seats fill before that, it closes early.
This is coaching and community, not therapy, and I'll always tell you when something belongs in a therapist's office instead of our group.
Join the group, take the season off your shoulders, and let's go enjoy your people this year.
